Telemedicine and telehealth applications are rapidly advancing, providing new alternatives for the provision of services to the underserved. This presentation provides a overview of emerging trends for the use of telehealth in chronic disease management, assisted living centers, emergency departments, emergency vehicles and other services. This presentation will provide up to date informtaion on the latest delivery models and technology advances. This presentation will assist public health program developers in exploring new and effective programs for services to the underserved, elderly and other vulnurable populations.
