Health administrators in in the US and in developing countries have to overcome political, financial, organizational, cultural and social barriers to ensure access to services. This panel will gather a number of professionals who work in developing countries and offer perspectives on how to deliver services in the most resource-constrained environments. The panel will allow participants to dicuss domestic and international issues and recommendations to advance leadership in health administration globally. Presenters are being confirmed now and may include case studies from Nigeria, Papua New Guinea, India, Angola, and Georgia.
