Evaluating the use of this film and workbook as a tool for professional training in areas such as public health awareness, addiction treatment, family counseling, and many other public health program interventions, Blitz Attack: The Andrea Hines Story (Blitz Attack) Part II DVD (50 minutes, 2006/2007) demonstrates rarely seen real-life personal accounts that are powerfully presented by family members in Holtville, CA (pop. 5000). The tragic events affected the town and the two families in the summer of 1994.
