Sunday, November 7, 2010 : 8:00 AM - 9:30 AM

Joy P. Nanda, DSc, MS, MHS, MBA , Bloomberg School of Public Health, Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, MD
During this session participants will familiarize themselves with study designs utilized by epidemiologists for various investigations of national and international significance. Participants will also learn how to measure and interpret the association between exposures and outcomes using the different study designs.

Learning Areas:
Epidemiology
Protection of the public in relation to communicable diseases including prevention or control
Public health or related research
