The presentation will describe the efforts of the Cook County Department of Public Health in conducting a school based H1N1 vaccination program. Differences in approaches, response and uptake will be described.

1. Describe the factors contributing to mistrust from “minority” communities. 2. Describe actions Local Health Departments might take to decrease mistrust in poor and minority communities.
