This presentation will provide an overview of the impact that MHPAEA and ACA will have on publicly funded substance abuse treatment and recovery systems. Specifically the presentation will identify the activities that are currently undertaken to enhance and enforce MHPAEA. In addition, the presentation will focus on activities to date to implement ACA and what states and providers may want to consider as critical implementation activities for the next year.
