Hotel workers face multiple hazards in the workplace. Unorganized and organized workers take actions to improve their working conditions.

Examples from a variety of UNITE HERE campaigns will illustrate the workplace hazards, workers' actions and outcomes. Materials, photos, press releases will be presented.

1. Audience will be able to identify leading health and safety issues in the hospitality industry. 2. Audience will be able to name actions taken by workers and UNITE HERE members to improve their working conditions as part of a campaign related to health and safety. 3.
