Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: I have taught health policy for the last two years in the Colorado School of Public Health and prior to my current position, served as Assistant Professor of Public Policy for 4 years at the University of Colorado, School of Public Affairs. I worked for Senator Harris Wofford (D-PA) as his Senior Health Policy Advisor during the last Congressional push for health care reform in the early 1990s. I have presented on policy issues in numerous venues including state and national conferences.
