Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: I have a NIH R01 grant on economics and food selection practices in the elderly. I am also a co-director in the CDC funded Prevention Research Center here in the College of Public Health, University of Iowa. I just finished a review of a monograph from the Institute of Medicine, National Academy of Sciences on the topic of Providing Healthy and Safe Foods as We Age. I have also worked in school and community settings with food and insecurity issues in Latino populations.
