Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: I am a public health specialist with almost 20 years of experience. I focus on strategic health communication for behavioral, social, and organizational
change; non-profit strategic planning; and strategic partnerships – all areas of which health literacy is a fundamental component. I currently work with leading public health organizations as the Founder and Principal of Strategic Communication Resources. I am also an adjunct professor of public health at New York University. I am the author of
a book on Health Communication; From Theory to Practice and have also published several articles on e-health and/or new media. Health literacy is
