This session explores different approaches towards training, human resource development and workforce issues including the results from a WHO-CDC collaboration in workforce development and Senegal's use of community health educators.
Session Objectives: * Describe the prevalence and correlates of sexual activity among youth practitioners involved with HIV education. * Identify the factors that affect engagement in on-line discussions among participants from different countries enrolled in a global distance learning program. * Describe the purpose and accomplishments of the WHO-CDC Collaborating Center for Global Public Health Workforce Development.
