Both innovative programs and qualitative research with significant impact on vulnerable populations are presented during this session. Topics include assessment and linking clients to services to ensure program sustainability. Additionally, models for partnership to provide services to homeless populations will also be described.
Session Objectives: The audience will define community experiences with social justice issues. The audience will compare community experiences with social justice issues.
