Focus will be on human and institutional recovery of the health sector in countries where disasters have taken place as well as approaches to medical training.
Session Objectives: * Evaluate the circumstances involved in repairing the health sector after man-made disasters (such as civil wars) and natural disasters.
* Describe some of the design considerations that must go into the development of medical outpatient and training centers.
