This session focuses on cultural competency in the provision of mental health services, and how agencies and providers can improve use and outcomes of the mental health services that they provide.
Session Objectives: Describe cultural competency in mental health services and how to increase it. Describe strategies for improving access to mental health care for minority populations. Describe how agencies impact mental health outcomes for minority clients.
