This session will cover CDC's communication efforts around 2009 pandemic influenza (H1N1) in community settings and at borders. Discussion of results will help inform future communication strategies and pandemic response
Session Objectives: 1. List three common questions asked of the CDC-INFO Contact Center related to H1N1 flu in community setttings.
2. Describe two methods CDC used to assess communication needs in specific community settings.
3. State three key findings from CDC's K-12 school needs assessment and evaluation activity.
4. Recall three key messages disseminated to international travelers.
