The North Carolina Biopreparedness Project is an advanced initiative designed to develop early detection and situational awareness for emerging threats to human health. these threats may be identified from all parts of the biosphere. the success of the project depends upon developing a large and broad set of data partnerships. This session will describe the strategy, tactics and methods used to develop these local, state and international partnerships.
