Rapid population growth and degradation of urban environments pose threats to the health of humans and the planet. We are just starting to understand the trans-generational nature of many environmental toxics. The source of environmental dangers to health include crowding, air, water, traffic, building materials, food storage and cooking containers, and the food we eat.
