Abstract: A balanced approach at the community level necessarily involves and engages all parts of the community, including prevention, education, business, the faith community, and law enforcement. The Casa Grande Alliance, a Drug Free Communities Support Program grantee, has worked with all parts of their community to implement a cohesive solution to the local conditions that make youth substance use a serious problem.
