This presentation will review Leadership for Healthy Communities, a national program of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation to address childhood obesity. It will present the barriers that exist in communities for healthy eating and active living, and will introduce an array of policy options that can be employed to improve opportunities for physical activity and healthy eating.
