Building off a new policy put in place in 2005, the Department of Defense has built a robust prevention and response program. For example, the Department recently launched the DoD Safe Helpline, an anonymous and confidential resource for victims to get 24/7 support from anywhere in the world. While progress has been made, more remains to be done. During this presention, a describe the DoD's sexual assault and response program will be discussed.
