In the spring 2011 semester, the WellUŽ program partnered with a Physical Education activity class to assess the impact of the course relative to individual biometrics (body fat composition, upper body strength, BMI, abdominal strength flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness), perceived stress, and G.P.A. The results of this pilot study will be presented as well as future applications of the WellUŽ program in higher education.
