Presenting author's disclosure statement:
Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: I was principal from 2005-2011 at Lane MS, in Portland OR, which has a school base health clinic. As Lane’s principal I collaborated with our school’s clinic and the county to ensure that our clinic served the entire Lane community and was a foundational pillar in our school, and not an add on. I agree to comply with the American Public Health Association Conflict of Interest and Commercial Support Guidelines, and to disclose to the participants any off-label or experimental uses of a commercial product or service discussed in my presentation.
