This session will feature a panel of presentations from the public health institutes that will provide an overview of the roles of public health institutes in community health assessments and community health improvement plans. The Florida Public Health Institute has been involved in supporting the CHA/CHIP process for local health care systems and will share thoughts on how public health practioners can use the CHA/CHIP process to bridge public health and health care to support community health needs.
