This presentation will provide an overview of health improvement planning for state and local public health systems. Key points will include the process for health improvement, the use comprehensive assessments, and the impact of using a collaborative approach.

In addition, I provide ongoing oversight and development for the NPHPSP as a Public Health Advisor with CDC.
