I have been asked to be a discussant for this presentation on the topic of public health leadership development evaluation models and methods due to my background and experience in public health and evaluation methods as well as my position as the Research and Evaluation Committee Chair for the NLN. The session will include a panel discussion of innovative approaches to leadership development and evaluation. Models, methods, and tools will be presented, discussed, and shared to assist in related efforts to strengthen the performance and effectiveness of public health systems.
