Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: I am an Assistant Professor of Health Services and Administration at Brooklyn College and the CUNY School of Public Health. I hold a MPH from the University of Michigan. I completed a Ph.D. at Brandeis' Heller School in Health Policy where I was a NIAAA trainee. I completed a post-doc at Treatment Research Institute as a Policy Research Scientist. After the post-doc, I served as the Sr. Research Analyst at the National Association of State Alcohol and Drug Abuse Directors.
