Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: I am a doctorally prepared Public Health Nurse in Care of Forensic Nursing populations who has held a number of offices in professional organizations, including President, President-Elect, Secretary, Board of Director, and committee chairs. I am also an expert in program planning and evaluation and currently teach in one of a few PHN Doctorate in Nursing Practice programs in the country. The curriculum is designed to develop leadership in PHN, but also skills to formatively plan and evaluate the summative outcomes within community based NGOs, government programs, and commercial entities.
