I have provided leadership in supporting the growth of Farm to School programs in all 50 states, as a means of improving school meals and supporting local farmers. I am a recognized expert in the areas of Farm to School, school food, school health and local and regional food systems. I am the co-author of a recent book "Food Justice" (MIT Press, October 2010).
