Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: I received a PhD in epidemiology in 1985 and have worked over 26 years at the CDC in numerous topical areas. I am an Editor of the American Journal of Epidemiology assigned to general epidemiology, and I handle papers in multiple subject matter fields. I also have a BSN and MSN in nursing. I taught nursing at the Univ of Texas at Austin, and practiced nursing at the city hospital in Austin.
