Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: Stephen has been a digital health information and education expert for over 20 years. His primary focus is health communications, education, and information systems. He was part of a team leading a national best practice search for the U.S. Department of Education two years in a row, and more recently wrote a literature review on best practices of internet-based interventions for a project with the C.D.C. He has extensive experience working on projects that focus on issues of diversity and culture for the Department of Education and the Office of Minority Health as well as several foundations. His work with several international organizations such as Berlitz Languages and TMC (which focuses on working in diverse cultural organizations and international cultural issues) bring an added dimension to this topic. He serves on a number of boards including: Drexel University's School of Public Health (2001-Present, which he currently chairs) and the National Foundation for Celiac Awareness (2005-Present). He also served as an original advisory board member at the Hahnemann School of Public Health from 2000-2001 (Hahnemann was acquired by Drexel in 2001).
