Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: For the Past five years I have worked on Research in the Social Determinants of Health including Experiences with Violence and Public Policy, Women named with Disabilities, and Social Policy Analysis, of Health Disparities and Stigma in Populations named with Disability and LGBTI Populations. I also teach the Core Social Sciences content courses in our School of Public Health that are focused on public health as social justice for eliminating social determinants of health.
Before that I was teaching in the Developmental Disabilities program, again on teaching competencies to promote the transformation of the health and social service systems to more equitable.
I am also a consultant for the Institute for Social Policy of the Graduate School of Social Work, University of Puerto Rico.
