Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: I am qualified to present because I currently direct health promotion and disease prevention programs for a large faith-based organization and oversee the health policy and advocacy activities for this same organization. I have a Masters degree in Public Health and I am the former Chair of the Caucus on Public Health and the Faith Community. I have moderated sessions for this Caucus at past APHA meetings and I am familiar with the responsibilities for this role. I have been a member of APHA for about 20 years and serve on the Equal Health Opportunity Committee, a standing committee of APHA.
