Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: I have significant experience in wellness and recovery research, policy development, program development, strategic planning. I currently direct a consultation group that advises county programs and contractors on 'how to" integrate wellness practices into the culture and operations of behavioral health programs. I design and conduct research in how providers, family members and consumers experience their "wellness and recovery"; specialized in strategic planning that assists county systems redesign systems of care to support wellness and recovery; completed policy studies that trend the evolution of a variety of wellness/reovery programs and supports in California.
