The purpose of this Section meeting is to: 1) welcome new members to the Section and provide a Section overview; 2) discuss final Section program issues relevant to the 2011 annual meeting; 3) discuss the APHA Public Hearings and Late Breakers; 4) discuss future plans for the Section.
