The acting assistant administrator of the U.S. EPA's Office of Chemical Safety and Pollution Prevention will present information on his agency's worker protection programs with respect to pesticide, toxic chemical, and pollution prevention laws.

At the end of this session, the learner will be able to: (1) list at least two of EPA initiatives related to its pesticide worker protection standard; and (2) describe at least one practice or opportunity for federal, inter-agency collaboration on worker health and safety.
