During this session, participants will familiarize themselves with study designs utilized by epidemiologists for various investigations of national and international significance. Participants will also learn how to measure and interpret the association between exposures and outcomes using the different study designs

Learning Objectives:
By the end of this session, participants will be able to: 1. Compare appropriate epidemiologic study designs to measure population events 2. Analyze results from specific epidemiologic studies 3. Interpret the results
