This presentation will provide a detailed overview of the development and implementation of a unique city-wide collaborative called the Healthy Cleveland Initiative designed to establish a culture of health in Cleveland and to improve health outcomes including the prevention of youth violence.

Define the model used by the City of Cleveland to inform and engage community leaders about the public health and economic impact of youth violence on the overall health and vitality of the community.
