This presentation will highlight the use of the Eat Healthy · Be Active Community Workshops in a faith-based community with a focus on strategies for weight loss and maintaining a healthy weight. This presentation will discuss the evaluation components and follow up mechanisms utilized to implement the Community Workshops in this setting and feedback gathered from participants.
