Infant development involves the attainment of many important milestones. Unfortunately, eye and vision milestones are often overlooked. This course will raise awareness for the need for timely vision assessments to optimize infant and childhood development and ensure health quality throughout life.

Learning Objectives:
Discuss factors impacting infant/child development. Demonstrate the role of vision in overall development. Explain the need to thoroughly assess visual function as it relates to development.
