Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: I am a Professor of Practice at Bouve College of Health Sciences at Northeastern University where my policy research is focused on disability related care and financing. I worked in the fields of disability, public health, and health care financing for almost 40 years and before returning in January to NU, I was Assistant Secretary of Health for the Commonwealth, overseeing the disability and long term care portfolio.
