Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: As Director of CDC's Office on Smoking and Health (OSH) I provide leadership and direction for all scientific, policy, and programmatic issues related to tobacco control and prevention. I served as Chief Medical Officer for Free & Clear conducting health services research on large-system approaches to decreasing tobacco use. I was a practicing family physician and served as a faculty member at the University of Washington Family Medicine and School of Public Health.
