Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: I have worked on child nutrition policy for more than 15 years, specifically addressing the school food environment, and opportunities to improve the nutritional quality of foods offered and/or sold to students.
I am qualified because I have been working on advocacy and policy issues surrounding school foods within USDA and with other organizations including Action for Healthy Kids and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. I have given multiple presentation on this topic.
