Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: I bring a wealth of experience in community engaged research with minority communities, qualitative and quantitative research methods, design and implementation of community-based interventions and management of clinical trials with a focus on cancer screening and the risk factors for chronic disease. I have a strong interest in health disparities research, including understanding the interplay of psychosocial, behavioral, and neighborhood-level factors associated with health behavior; specifically, the factors related to sustained compliance with cancer screening.
