Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: I have been a Health Care Administrator in Public Health for over 25 years as an Assistant Director within a Health Department, an Adminitrator within a Department at a major hospital and as a Director within the HIV/AIDS Bureau at HRSA. In my duties I have been responsible for grant programs and have overseen the development of grant and community-based health care programs incorporating new regulations and legislation including recovery act and health care reform.
