Ms. Russ is also faculty at the University of Maryland School of Nursing, and serves as chair of the Maryland Nurses Association’s Environmental Health Committee. Ms. Russ is a registered nurse, and holds a Master's degree in Nursing Management, and specialty certificates in Environmental Health and Teaching in Nursing.
