She works toward ensuring that investigators address key community issues and she provides consultation and assistance to research investigators focusing on Ann Arbor/Ypsilanti, Flint, and Detroit. She promotes, develops, and sustains equitable research partnerships between academic and community partners. She manages various grants and projects that engage community partners in clinical and health research.
