Roundtable
This session focuses on health promotion programs developed for vulnerable populations. These groups maybe identified as vulnerable due to their age, race/ethnicity, sexual orienation, incarceration status, or their chronic disease status.
Session Objectives: 1. Describe three of the health promotion programs presented. 2. Evaluate whether the health promotion program met the needs of the identified vulnerable group.
