Business Meeting
The APHA Committee on Women's Rights meets in person once a year at the annual meeting to discuss its activities and plan its agenda for the next year.
Session Objectives: 1. Review COWR's mission and its activities during the 2011- 2012 year. 2. Discuss what issues COWR feels strongly about and to explore opportunities of working with other sections, committees , SPIGs and cuacuses of APHA to address various public health issues and challenges facing communities locally, nationally and globally.
