Speakers will explore features of primary care that are important to promoting public health. Audience will hear perspectives from Britain to California on common agenda items of public health and primary health care. Preventive care and the patient-centered medical home will be addressed.
Session Objectives: Describe ways that safety-net providers can provide services comparable to a patient-centered medical home. Identify one example of integrated delivery of public health services.
