How to write a discussion section

This section of the course will focus on how to write a discussion. Dr. Kogan will discuss the purposes, provide an outline of the section, go into details for each component of the section, and provide examples for each component, including how to write a limitations section and a concluding paragraph.

He serves on the editorial board of the Maternal and Child Health Journal and has served for the American Journal of Public Health. He has been a special editor for Pediatrics. He has published over 100 articles and book chapters on numerous topics in pediatric and perinatal epidemiology. He received his doctorate in epidemiology from Yale University.
